... that today is the birthday of Daffy Duck? Daffy Duck appeared in his first cartoon, "Porky's Duck Hunt," on April 17, 1937. He didn't get his name until he appeared in the 1938 short, "Daffy Duck and Egghead." In 1999, the U.S. Postal Service issued a new Daffy Duck stamp on his birthday. Happy birthday, Daffy!
